This appeal arises from an incident which occurred in Orange County on April 19, 1991. In the suit below, plaintiff Tommy Williams alleges that he sustained injuries as a result of an accident resulting from plaintiffs vehicle coming in contact with a piece of steel which plaintiff contends fell from an unidentified truck. Appellant brought his lawsuit claiming that he was entitled to recover damages under the uninsured motorist provision of his motorist insurance policy.
